• Engage with our extensive network of Commercial Banks, SBA lenders, CDFIs, and Credit Funds to deliver innovative capital solutions to our clients.
• Collaborate closely with our product team to continuously enhance and improve our platform.

About this position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to help drive process improvement and work closely with our design, engineering, and product teams. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to apply their problem-solving and operational skills in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role will focus on optimizing internal processes, enhancing the user experience on our platform, and supporting the development of new features and enhancements.
 
This role is a key member of our team and reports to the Product Manager.  This role is located in Charlotte, NC. 

How you will make an impact

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the Bridge platform.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes, focusing on platform optimization and user experience.
• Gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Test and implement platform enhancements, working closely with the product and engineering teams to track performance metrics and ensure a successful rollout.
• Drive change management processes to ensure that new processes and features are smoothly integrated and adopted across the company.
• Influence product development by providing critical feedback and collaborating with the product and technology teams to shape the platform’s evolution.

What you bring to the team

• 1+ years of experience in a business analyst or process improvement role.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams including product, design, and engineering.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and improving user experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
